It is highly unprofessional to talk to anyone other than the people who have hired and paid you to do a job. Going to the landlords was unprofessional and a breach of my contract with you, especially when you argued with me and then tried to backpeddle on the comments you made to them. You should have just done the job you were paid to do and brought any concerns directly to me. Dan did a fantastic job on some very tough staircase stains. The attention to detail and effort were superb. We couldn’t be happier with the result and we will be getting him back soon to work on the rest of the house.
