We called Dan’s as soon as our A/C died on us. Rebecca was very efficient in immediately getting a technician to us and we were fortunate to get Don, who advised us that we needed a new unit. Since it could not be installed for a couple of weeks, and it was extremely hot outside, Don assured us that he would provide two portable units for us which were installed the next day.
