Dan's HVAC sent a Technician out today James Chambers. Really enjoyed meeting James, he had my Thermostat changed out and service call done quickly and professionally...thanks James.
My tech Mike Furland and crew at Dan’s are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Dan’s H & C has a stellar reputation in this town and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to service my HVAC systems!
Their technician, Craig, was great. I asked him every question in the book and it was apparent that he takes the utmost pride in what he does. I felt that he went the extra mile in troubleshooting and getting my unit running properly. I'm definitely calling Dan's in the future or establishing a service contract.
After ~20 years my furnace developed an internal gas leak. After the gas service identified it I got on the phone with Dan's and while they were happy to schedule someone out the next day (it was about 4:00 in the afternoon when I called) the weather was nice and I wouldn't be able to be at home during business hours until the following week.
