Called in the morning to set up appointment. My call was promptly returned and an appointment was set for the following morning. Someone was out that afternoon to take a look at my issue to see what parts will be needed for my appointment the next day. They we able to see that the locking mechanism was wore/not locking. They got it working with no service call fee! I am still have them install a new opener but I have a working opener (for now) till the new one is installed. They are great to work with so give them a call.
Dan came to my house and new exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. A short time later,it was fixed. He also gave recommendations on how to fix other issues, which I am doing. I will always use Dan's Garage Doors for any garage door issue I have. Plus the best thing, the price was great too.
Called at 10 AM and Juan was here at 1 PM and my garage door is fixed at 2:30!! Fantastic communication, knowledge of all products and HONEST! Fair pricing and converted our spring system to a new tortion system and wow what a difference. Professional, clean and friendly, don’t hesitate, call them!! Thank you Juan
