I have a bit of a problem with my garage door and just called the office. The owner will be here by 5 :30 PM!! That is what I call GREAT service!
Got a new door installed about 5 months ago. First when they installed it, the installers used the old hardware on my new door. They didn't tell me but they told my kids. So I called them back and they come back and put on the new hardware. The door never did shut all the way so I called them back and they said they would be back that Saturday but never showed. Now I had to call someone else to come fix my door cause the cables fell off.
So happy with the service we received from Dan! Our springs broke to our garage door. I called Dan's and he came out the very next day. It was fixed quickly and we were charged, what I consider to be, a fair amount for the service given. Extremely happy, and recommend to all of my friends and family!
