Dan worked with our changing time line. They got the old fence down, hauled away and new fence up in one day. His crew seemed to enjoy their job and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.
Dan arrived and recommended exactly what needed to be done. Which was we didn't need a fence replacement. We just needed a repair. We scheduled an appointment. His staff arrived on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently.
Our experience using Dan's Construction was great. We were in the middle of purchasing our home in Roseville but living in Virginia. We met Dan in person after home closed, discussed what we needed done prior to us moving into home, he did not have a lot of time to install brand new fence and he did exactly what we needed. We paid him small deposit and he told us to mail the balance after we move here. The estimate and work was preformed quickly. They even dealt with the hornets that had nested behind the retaining wall. The work was done quickly in the time we were told it would be. Dan arrived for our appointment on time. I would recommend this company.
The team that Dan brought was quick and finished the job in one day. Good quality of work! The cost was still high but much less than the quote I got from a Home Depot contractor!
Dan and another worker showed up on time and stayed on the job until it was finished. He did what we requested and we are very happy with his work and his demeanor. We would definitely recommend him.
Dan did great work. I had a horrid looking fence -- ~100LF, he removed it and installed the new one in a day. Couldn't be happier.
