I heard about Dans Construction & Drain Services through a neighbor who used them and I'm really glad I got the recommendation. They were able to help open up a space that is now used for extra storage which was a very welcome addition to the space. Avoid this place at all cost if you don’t want to go through unnecessary hassle. Save your time with a larger-scale company because this place is understaffed. We did our renovations in 2025 and it was very hard to work with this company in many aspects, particularly hard to schedule the visits for repairing work. Our contract includes a warranty, but when you try to schedule the visits, either no response OR they said they would come to check and fix things but never showed up at all. Dan's Construction renovated our guest bathroom and balconies and we're thrilled with the results. Dan's team is professional and thoughtful, and the quality of their work is excellent. We've really enjoyed working with Dan and Sherry. Dan is knowledgeable, honest and always willing to spend time to talk through the details. When it comes to scheduling, Sherry is responsive and very accommodating. We couldn't be happier with the results in our condo and we look forward to our next project with Dan's Construction.

If you are in need of renovations other than your bathroom go with someone else who has experience with larger projects & won't over charge you for mediocre work & a skeleton crew.
