Crap bikes for a crap company with crap service!! My son worked for two months to buy a BMX bike by himself. Put it together in our living room and the bearings are bad. Tried calling your pathetic customer service, only to be advised to call the manufacturer and that THERES NO WAY TO GET A REFUND bc the bike was put together. Duh, thats how we found out it was broken! Being told that we cant even ship the bike back for another one or a refund is RIDICULOUS and poor customer service.
