This place has gone downhill fast under the new manager, Carlos. He brings a lot of attitude to the role and treats customers with zero respect—a sharp contrast to the kind and professional atmosphere we enjoyed under previous management. It’s disappointing to see a business go from respectful to rude, especially when competitors are working harder to be polite. I used to be a loyal regular, but I’m officially done. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
