Dany‘s jeweler is not closed your website. Has it incorrect?
First of all, I really like this location and I like this jewelry store. My wife and I have stopped in to buy rings and to have old rings resized and the customer service from Danny is always friendly and helpful. During my most recent visit to have my wedding band downsized a little bit, he turned it around quickly and made it shiny again. The other thing I like is that Danny is an artist and has some of his custom jewelry for sale on display. This person is dishonest & untrustworthy! He has my gold chain that I took in to have a clasp fixed. My chain was over 13 grams of gold. He returned me one that is 5 grams. Before he took it in the back room I asked for the clasp back, jewelers return them. His response was- “it’s like a bad battery, I keep it. “ I knew then this place is shady! He didn’t write anything down, took cash and didn’t offer a receipt! I have been to other jewelry stores that I went back to, to show them what he gave me. Their response was - this ... read more
