the lady who works the postal side is extremely rude and dismissive. she has a superiority complex and unable to give simple explanations, or procedures without giving a over reactive response. the “manager” also tried to justify her behaviour, which was horrible. if she was the manager at that she let an issue happen in her store with no intent to resolve until i mention something to her. i highly recommend going elsewhere UPDATE: it was regarding returning a package. their location offers no label no box drop off when you ... read more
