Will never use this body shop again. Not only does my car drive horrible since getting it back from the shop but the new front bumper that was put on pops out of place from time to time. We’re going to have to take my car to have front end work done now because of how bad it drives. They also voided my transaction for payment by accident then called me multiple times trying to make it out like it was my fault and I tried stealing from them when it was their fault requiring me to drive there once again to pay the bill again b... read more

Did an excellent job with repair of damage, except I was put on the run around about a minor part they claimed to be on back order. I overheard the manager ( I'm guessing) say(without coming out of the office as he initially did, "I already know about that" as if getting perturbed about the inquiry. I was patient while they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks, but to tell me this minor part was on back order!?! I even offered to pay out of pocket for replacement as well as the part.
