I used to take my car to Cactus and I loved it! My car was always looking good when I left. I recently went back to this car wash since changing hands and it was just a bad experience from the start. The first guy tried to tell me that I needed to buy a higher priced car wash because I had an SUV. I asked for the $13.95 wash and he told me that I needed to buy the $27 wash because I had a larger vehicle. I explained that I have never been told this before. I have been coming here a lot. Every time I bring my wife's car, they people here do an amazing job. From the person behind the desk I felt with today, to the poor guy running around making sure people are ready to get their vehicles cleaned. My only issue with this place is the following; Why wasn't the food truck open? I saw it there. Teasing me. Taunting me. And it was closed. My car look great! And was very clean and really shined!!!
I had a bag taken out my truck. The general manager Frank told me he was to busy to run the camera back. Plus the wash and cleaning job was horrible.
Place is going to crap. Went in for my usual full service (that has gone up $3 from what it use to be) and get told that's only for cars. I have been going to this place for years and have always got the full service for all my vehicles (Escalade ext, trailblazer SS, cts-v, wranglers) never once have I been told it's only for cars. Smh darn shame they use to do a good job. Guess I'll just have to go to them other guys
After waiting forever and other cars being done before mine I finally just left before it even got vacuumed
