I’ve been here a few times and the last time I went I had personal items stolen from my vehicle. Called to let them know I was missing a few things and they said they would ask around and get back with me. No one ever called back. It was small petty items like iPhone 8 Plus headphone adapter piece etc so I was able to buy a new one but moral of the situation is I can’t even trust leaving anything in my vehicle that they may be able to steal. Was there for 4 hours to get the car washed they told me it would be 1 hour and after everything is said and done the car was have washed and not even cleaned inside NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
Recommendedif you check in on facebook they take 10%. thata not what I'm doing here. the customer service was fantastic, not only with me but the man in front of me was being a pain and they handled him with grace as well. both the cashiers and the cleaners were all above and beyond helpful! My kids spilled milk shakes on my floorboards so that's all I asked for. thats all I paid for. their service included a standard exterior wash and they vacuumed my seats and wiped down my dash and console! Great job and great staff
Just got in my car after it being washed at Danny's Car Wash. This is the worse job that has ever been done for me. I specifically made them note that I didn't want any Armor All inside my car. What did they do? Used it. Made three oily stains on the cloth part of the passenger door. They left the driver side floor mat soaking wet and oily. Including the brake and gas pedals. Not happy at all. I drove around the side and told the young guy and all he said "pull it around and they'll dry the mat". Hell no! They aren't touchin... read more
45 bucks AND 2 HOURS . twice washed and still had bugs. dirty on back, seats were not thoroughly cleaned still had smudges. detail guy yelled at me when I pointed out what I was dissatisfied with. I told manager it as my first and last time there., that my car looked like@#$ . went to my car to leave told detail guy to get out of my car..manager got in my face threateningly.leaned inside my car, reached in to my console, took my receipt and slammed my car door shut. Over an hour wait for a deluxe wash
Absolutely long wait over an hour to wash my car and vacuum also when I got home noticed a lot of bugs and spots still on the car
