Danny Yadegar is the best of the best! I honestly cannot imagine anything more he could have done. I had a rental income property in San Francisco which was not generating any income!!! Based on my CPA's advice I decided to sell this small studio condo which was located at a very good location close to the ball park. Danny, my son, helped me coordinate the timing and the process of preparing for sale. He also connected me with a wonderful coworker whom had more time to help me with the details. Over the past few years we visited dozens of open houses, and he patiently and diligently helped me evaluate options, put in offers, and navigate the whole search. Danny, Phillip and the team were exceptional. Our conversations with Danny and Phillip were straightforward, transparent and the two of them clearly had a plan in mind, which was very important to us.
