Shanky has done an excellent hair cut and I'm very happy with the service. Neat and clean store.
I got my haircut at this barbershop. The first time, I used a coupon, and the barber said haircuts under special offers would only be basic, not high-quality. The second time, the barber in the third or fourth chair from the entrance messed up my haircut. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked certifications.
Ibaadat was amazing. She is very nice and welcoming to clients. I asked for a simple trim and she gave a nice hair wash/head massage that was to die for👌🏾. She also styled my hair at the end and gave it nice volume! I also did my eyebrows, upper lips and everything altogether was super cost effective -around $40 before tips!
Had visited a few times before and they did a good job with the haircut. But today they entertained people who came after me and kept me waiting. Happened twice and when I called them out the second time, the employee told me the other person had an appointment when I know for sure that they do not take appointments. So I just walked out of the store, without getting any services from them. Never visiting this location again.
Booked a noon appointment and showed up on time, but it meant absolutely nothing here. I sat—and sat—until 1:45 p.m. while walk-ins and later arrivals were taken ahead of me. No updates, no apology, just “we’ll be right with you” on repeat. My afternoon was shot, and I left without even getting in the chair. If appointments aren’t a priority, at least be honest about it.
