I almost never leave reviews, even after bad experiences, but this place genuinely has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a couch from them, which turned out to be poor quality and was promised a voucher that I never received. I’ve called multiple times with no answer, and when I finally went back to the store, the employee who helped me before suddenly had a completely different attitude.
