I received a grant a couple years ago for a new roof. Mr Russell took the job....2 weeks after leaving my property the same spot was leaking, and this job was done in the summer. The shingles do not lay down as they should have! A gentle breeze blows these cheap shingles off all the time!!His employees were racist, the trimmers were making fun of the Hispanics doing the hard hot work.
