Excellent team, facilities, and care.
I have been seeing Dr. Bristol for about six years and can honestly say I enjoy going to the eye doctor. Everyone I encounter is incredibly pleasant and professional. The medical staff is thoughtful and thorough; and while my vision issues can be quite complicated and ever-changing, I always leave with good understanding of what I need. The Opticians are patient, honest and great at their jobs without coming across as high pressure sales people. Impeccable customer service and care all around!
My visits with Dr. Bristol is always a pleasure. Him and his staff are always very welcoming and thoughtful. I know everytime my children and I come for our exams we are in good hands. Thank you all!
Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here. I just moved to the area and was hoping to find a great eye doctor, especially since I absolutely loved my previous one in Round Rock. This practice came highly recommended, but I truly don’t see the hype. First, the appointment itself took forever. The provider was running about 45 minutes late, which was frustrating.
