Dr. Nelson at Bristol Family Eyecare is always a joy to see, and I trust her immensely. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this optometry practice!
I was excited to try out this place due to all the positive reviews. The folks here were very nice, from the front office to techs and the doctor herself - Dr. Nelson. However upon arrival I was asked for my healthcare insurance card, I provided it, but emphasized a few times to provide a heads up before charging for a medical appointment. I’m very disappointed because I made it a point to say this a few times at check in. I feel used for my good medical coverage. I would not come back as it feels unethical.
