The foreman, Charlie Walker, was fantastic—his attention to detail, genuine concern for quality, and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His crew was incredibly hardworking and polite, and they left our property tidy at the end of each day, which was amazing considering the scope of the work they did. Kim Bogart was very detailed and professional in explaining the insurance process and helping walk me through the entire thing.
