Lake & Company Real Estate began in 1982 with a simple goal: To be Seattle's best real estate company and to serve the entire region. I started at a smaller company, and decided to come to Lake & Company after working opposite sides of transactions with 4 great agents from this fantastic company. I knew I had to end up at Lake! We are an independent office, which is one of the things I LOVE about working here. Lake & Company is the single most productive office in the city.

From start to finish Danny and his team led me through the entire process from getting the house ready for sale through closing. They did an excellent job identifying what needed to be done to get the best result. They arranged all the contractors to get the work done timely and beautifully. If I could give 6 stars I would! Danny & his team were a breeze to work with & truly know the market. As the sellers, we needed to be elsewhere & not as involved the sale process & Danny took care of everything, while still keeping us up to date along the way. They prioritized the fixes using their subject-matter-expertise so that we got the most bang for our buck. The house sold in a week, just as Danny predicted.
