Very POOR experience purchasing a home. The home was riddled with mold, and directly underneath the light path for Miramar Air Base. The mold was so bad that I had to sell the house within a year of owning what I thought would be my new permanent residence. I had the great opportunity to work with Michelle Drew from Chad Dannecker's office. Throughout the home search and purchasing processes, Michelle was professional, responsive and VERY effective in getting tasks completed to have a successful close with our best interests in mind. This has been the best buying experience as the office also helped facilitate communications with insurers, financial firm and escrow. Everything went very smoothly.

Dannecker & Associates are a fantastic real estate company! They helped us buy and sell our home and felt like they advocated for us at every step. It’s certainly a team effort and if your agent is unavailable there’s a whole team that helps keep all elements moving forward. Felt like it was clear communication, helped save us money in negotiations and with their connections helped us get our home. They also sold our house in 6 days and able to get our new home in a multi bid situation. Chad, Kelly and the team are amazing!!
