I had a very good experience. No waiting, very efficient and in a timely manner. Everyone was kind and professional! I would refer Dr. Kleinsmith very highly to my friends and family.
Just finished my first appointment with Dr. Kleinsmith. With an afternoon appointment I expected to wait, but it was only about 15 minutes. I appreciate the time she took asking questions and answering mine. She removed an inflamed skin tag and two questionable spots. Highly recommend Dr. Kleinsmith.
I agree the wait can be long like too long, but Dr Kleinsmith is kind, caring and thorough!
There's not much to say besides the fact that they will have you waiting in this office for an hour and could not care less about your time. Do not go here if you value your time.
I have had two cysts removed by Dr. Kleinsmith and she was caring, prompt and I would recommend her. I was also able to get in within a week to see her.
