I was in desperate need of help. My knee pain came on abruptly and was intense. As I hobbled into the office, their compassion for me was greatly appreciated. I was loaded in a wheelchair, and assisted throughout the visit. The appointment was made earlier in the day, they worked me in and it started on time. The staff was amazing! Dr. BYCK explained what was happening and treated me that day. Definitely my go-to for further treatment.
Dr Byck and Brandon are very professional and work well togther. I appreciate their care and concern for my well being and best care possible, I would certainly refer all my friends and family.
They have helped since day one was referred by a friend never regretted the decision since that day. I dealt with Dr. Brandon twice and Dr. Byck once for visits they both were great. They pinpoint the issue to figure out the best treatment options. They explained everything that I would need to do to get me back to me if I had came to them sooner I would've been healed months sooner. The physical therapy department is friendly they adapt to an individuals personality to ensure the best recovery.
Dr Byck is very knowledgeable and was able to explain my condition in a manner that was very understandable. He offered a treatment that didn't involve immediate surgery.
He is very good at explaining exactly what you are looking at and making you feel comfortable with your decision.
If you have to see a doctor it should always be like my visit. Pleasant, comfortable,and professional. I felt like they cared.
Only went for one visit and have not done anything to correct the problem with the exception of a cream application .
Left no questions unanswered. Very articulate and precise
I was impressed with the digital follow up to my visit.
