Where can begin to say how utterly incompetent and conniving maryjo is. First, they want YOU the renter to fix all the old dilapidated (20 yo) fixtures and appliances in the home. There was mold around the master shower that had to be fixed that had been there at least 5 years to be that bad, and you would think if you are paying almost $2100 a month rent it would be in top condition!
