I have lived at the Danish Village Apartments since 2019. High points are there is always somewhere to park. Not a lot of noise going on in the neighborhood. When something messes up with in the apartment, maintence fixes the issue in a timely manner. Lisa, the apartment manager is always available for questions or concerns. Balderas, Macias
No cleaning is performed, bedbug infestation, no manager for months, restrictions on storage, non-functioning generator and trash chute, trash is not taken out regularly, terrible place to live now that Samaritas took over. Someone arrest this company or smack the higher-ups upside the head.
*meant to say Samaritas should NOT be allowed to own anything
They don't clean the building anymore and it is infested with bedbugs. The garbage is also taken out less now and piles up outside, and they refuse to fix our trash chute just to punish us. We are only allowed 2 totes in the hallway storage closets now despite the fact that a lot of people don't even use them. The generator doesn't work. When the power goes out, it literally exists just to make noise. Recommendedit's a very nice place to live and the apartments are beautiful and the people here are very friendly we have super managers
I would give 10/10 to this place.It has every thing a retired person may want. It has a very clean atmosphere.caring staff and lovely greens. All the amenities like Library ,games room ,T V room, Piano and Oragan and the most important ,The computer room with printer. To me it is a 7 star place.
