Update: I did get in touch with Danis and spoke with Moustafa. I actually did end up receiving my registration from the state but the same week was notified that my traded in car loan payment was late which is weird because I sold that car to Danis on June 8 and this was Aug 26. I spoke with Moustafa, they had actually caught the error and overnighted the check on Aug 25 and paid the late fees and additional interest. I was told that things had gotten really backed up with COVID and the office actually shut down for 2 weeks ... read more

Terrible customer service have been waiting four months and still have not received my plates went up there last week and spoke with Christian. So far he is the only one that kinda tried to do something by sending one of the head mangers an email. I’ve been put on hold multiple times for 3 plus hours and had to hang up because no one ever picked back up the phone. The place is a joke once you sign the papers they will stop being nice and kick you to the curb wish I could return the car they said it has never been in an accid... read more
