My husband purchased a solitaire bridal ring for our 10 year anniversary which I was super excited for. I bought almost $2000 of jewelry on a my Daniel's credit card. I made my monthly payments and in September 2021 I made a large payment of almost $800 to pay off my account. I submitted my payment on the website and it was not successful so I attempted to submit the payment again. This time it went through. However when I checked my bank account I saw I was charged for both payments. I attempted many times to get help from Daniel's and was unsuccessful. I purchased my diamond ring from Daniels Jewelers in Torrance at Del Amo Mall and was very happy to work with a woman by the name of Grace and another young man. Unfortunately, at this location you can not get your ring sized but at the Daniels Jewelers in Carson at the Carson Mall you can. OMG, the women at this location are 1,000% unprofessional. I came here to find screw backings for my $1000 earings and two ladies attended me out. The store manager suhair and another girl name mina. Suhair the manager didnt even know how to use the diamond tester probably and lied to me and said my jewlery diamonds were fake when she wasnt even using the tester properly. Then Mina continued to find the backing size for the earings and wouldnt tell me what size she was trying on and said she didnt know. I ended up here because other jewelry stores wouldn't approve me for credit and Daniels Jewelry did. I was approved for credit at Valencia town center in California twice I have gone in there to see my credit line and the chinese lady that works there will start going on with a whole different thing about me buying like a $2000 item and I can use $500 towards an something of a down payment but does not want to tell me exactly what did i get approved for.
