My wife bought a silver jewelry set for a lot of money. They promised it would look great and they would resize everything. She had to give them the bracelet 3 different times to alter and the last time she picked up the bracelet it had soldered wires sticking out. They apologized when it was pointed out and fixed, but that is ridiculous to give something that could harm you to a customer. Terrible experience, people should avoid.

Micheal at the centennial location is the definition of great customer service. They did an amazing job with helping us through the process of getting my ring resized and back to us before we go on vacation. Because of Micheal my engagement will go smoothly and be so special.
