I give 3 stars only because of the experience at the store is good, but thats where it stops being a quality jeweler. I bought 3 10k yellow gold items about 2 years ago and I like to wear my jewelry daily. I noticed that the links on my rope chain and bracelet started to poke me and to my surprise the links were breaking which I have never experienced with any of my other jewelry from other stores. Im a no touch freight truck driver and I couldnt for the life of me see why my links would break. Im very disappointed in the cr... read more
