After several days, at least 15, of uncertainty regarding my order, which they could not find and for which never sent me the invoice, the bracelet arrived. But unfortunately this was not the product I ordered, they have sent me a Sterling silver BABY ID bracelet, which measures 5.5 Inchs. DO NOT GO TO DANIELS. THE GENTLEMEN AND WOMEN who convinced me to buy a wedding ring set are such liars. Went to pick up my ring, and it has scratches all over the back, when I put it on my finger, it literally cuts my skin every time. I currently make payments on the 2 rings, they didnt ask me which payment plan I wanted(for how many months) the guy just told me afterwards he put me on for a 12 month payment plan.(which in fact is how they earn all of their interest) After having them now for a couple months, I took them to... read more

I give 3 stars only because of the experience at the store is good, but thats where it stops being a quality jeweler. I bought 3 10k yellow gold items about 2 years ago and I like to wear my jewelry daily. I noticed that the links on my rope chain and bracelet started to poke me and to my surprise the links were breaking which I have never experienced with any of my other jewelry from other stores. MY *** CERTIFICATE DID NOT MATCH MY VVSS2 2 CARAT DIAMOND. The Diamond was placed in the setting crooked as well. My ring was a special order coming from corporate. In my husband's wedding band I requested "A perfect fit" to be engraved. PERFECT was spelled PERFIT. Yes, this error was fixed. His diamond fell out of his ring on day seven. It was because of this that we brought my ring to a gemologist to check my stones as we had little confidence in Daniels. My fiance puchased me an engagement ring here. Less than a year late, the diamond is very yellow and well as the band. Have taken it to many other jewelers to compare and given the color grade of vs2 it 100% should not look like it does. All this money spent for a diamond to loose its quality so quickly. We have gone back to daniels several times and the manager is never available, what a coincidence. Hello: Despite many writings to Daniels Jewelry requesting that they respond to me in writing, I have not received a response. I bought a diamond ring and i was told i needed a $1,000 down payment that they got me through synchrony. Then they hit me with a surprise "in-home" financing with an outrageous APR of 35.88% and when i discovered, i brought it to their attention. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a custom wedding band for my Fiancé on April 30th this year with an engraving and it was messed up 3 times! First the jeweler made the ring completely wrong and nothing like what we ordered and he added quotation marks to the words (which I did not add on the order paper). Then our wedding date was wrong, and then when he fixed the date, he layered it over a letter of the other word. My husband purchased a solitaire bridal ring for our 10 year anniversary which I was super excited for. Showed it off to all my friends and family but come to find out they sold me a lab grown/created diamond and they did not tell us it was lab grown/created ...the only reason I found out was because I now work for another jewelry company and wanted to look at my certification on diamond and that is how I found out!!!
