ZERO STARS! Quality of their jewelry is the worse; yet so pricey. I was repairing my bracelet very very often. I can say 2-3 times a month. I would never buy anything from here ever again! Do not shop here...
If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend purchased a tennis bracelet for me as a gift. Shortly after, we brought it in to be resized. About four months later, the bracelet broke exactly at the point where it had been resized, which is extremely concerning given the price and what should be standard craftsmanship. Took my ring to get sized down from 5.5 to 5. Waited a week to get my ring back, picked the ring up, and it had not been sized down whatsoever, it is still a 5.5 (I didn’t realize until I had driven all the way home). It maybe got cleaned at the most, but not worth the $100 and week I waited to get my ring back with nothing done to it. I am highly disappointed.
