Nice friendly staff but boy they are taxing. Very expensive. You can go to a local jeweler and it will be significantly more affordable for the same quality and options. Ring sizing prices are ridiculously high, at least $50 more than it needs to be. Again, find a local jeweler. They will help you and be much faster turn around than a chain
This store was so helpful in helping me get my ring resized. They were so nice and eager to help. I needed my wedding ring resized and the turn around was so fast. The ring came back perfect. I would definitely recommend this jewelry stores.
I just walked in and they sized my watch for me $20 not bad for Watch that I didn’t buy there a happy lady I get to wear another watch besides my Apple Watch. I’m loving it. Thank you so very much for being so kind and waiting on me right away. God bless you all and your families.
This place is awful. They advertise having professionals to do children ear piercing however, they are not professional at all. I took my baby to get her ears pierced they gave us the wrong color and size earrings. My 6 month old ended up getting pierced with giant orange earrings instead of the white baby ones I picked out. The woman piercing had these long nails she couldn't manage the piercing gun. Her glove ended up getting caught in one of the earrings and the back fell on the ground.
