Service not great here!!!!! Walked in to place a special order and was advised we do not carry or do special items. !! The two ladies seemed they didn't want to be helpful so we left without incident!! Daniel's of Corona you two ladies dripped the ball!!
The jewelry is good quality, and I love the engagement ring I chose for my wife—she loves it too. That said, I do wish I had shopped around more beforehand, as I found similar rings at other stores for significantly lower prices after making my purchase. We also had to get the ring resized. The first resizing was complimentary, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it still didn’t fit. The second resizing cost us $300, which felt steep. Overall, my experience was ok. Nice friendly staff but boy they are taxing. Very expensive. You can go to a local jeweler and it will be significantly more affordable for the same quality and options. Ring sizing prices are ridiculously high, at least $50 more than it needs to be. Again, find a local jeweler. They will help you and be much faster turn around than a chain
This store was so helpful in helping me get my ring resized. They were so nice and eager to help. I needed my wedding ring resized and the turn around was so fast. The ring came back perfect. I would definitely recommend this jewelry stores.
