Could not be more disgusted with the customer service from manager (Antonio) of this store, and this company as a whole. Went in to drop off a ring to get resized (3/2/25) and was attended by clerk Alyssa. I was told the ring would be a few days late, at most. I was flexible. After about 2 weeks of weeks and 2-3 trips later, (after the "promise date") I was reasurred that the ring was still being worked on and "not lost". I had never been to a standalone jewelry store before, so I felt a bit intimidated, but the store associates were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions which made it easy to talk to them. I truly appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. I’ve enjoyed each of my visits and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and great service. I look forward to my next visit!
