I ordered a watch that was promised to be ready for Sunday pickup anytime after 3. I arrived at 330 and am told the watch is locked in the safe and the manager has the key and will not come in. The employee states I can come get it Monday morning. I ask for a discount or compensation of some kind and she offers a $50 gift card that can not be applied to my purchase. Way to go. Went in to get my daughters ears pieced and the sales lady was helping someone else. Waited for 10 minutes and not once did she look at us, say hi or I’ll be right with you. Nothing. Totally ignored. She didn’t even say good bye as we walked out the door. Super unprofessional!

the sales clerk's are rude and inexperienced as sales representatives. the ring I was purchasing happens to be worth$30.00 at best but they're selling the ring for $1500.00. I will never purchase from this company again and nor will I recommend anyone to purchase anything here no matter how great of deal or sale this company may advertise. Actually I can't figure out why this company is still in business. If you don't believe me check out thier reviews.
BUYERS BEWARE! I’ll try to make this quick and to the point. Excuse any grammar issues but due to how bothered I am, I’m bound to mess up. So a few days ago, I told my 20 yr old daughter to go to Daniels Jewelry in the Tyler mall. I wanted her to obtain another line of credit, so she can have herself excellent credit in the near future.
