Went in one day looked at some rings, Martha (manager) helped us we applied for credit card got approved but we couldn't use it that day until she had card on hand. Martha made a contract had husband sign so when we got card we were guaranteed price. We went back w card then she said gold price had gone up so she couldn't let them go to the price she had told us a week back. Way to go. Went in to get my daughters ears pieced and the sales lady was helping someone else. Waited for 10 minutes and not once did she look at us, say hi or I’ll be right with you. Nothing. Totally ignored. She didn’t even say good bye as we walked out the door. Super unprofessional!
