Great customer service We bough a bridal set and the staff was very helpful, the Manager Eva is always on top of her game. They have great customer service and we are very happy with our rings...
NO customer service! NO customer service! Bought bridal set from Daniel's. Diamond fell out 32 days after buying the ring. Daniel's didn't want to fix it for free and insisted we needed the insurance. They replaced the diamond for free because it was the first time. I got the ring back with the diamond replaced and 2 days later the same diamond fell out again! They would not work with us to return the ring. Horrible Experience with This Company They had a great selection. I liked being able to design my own ring ... but the online ordering process was CONFUSING and customer service is TERRIBLE. They do NOT get back to you within 24-48 hours as promised. We sent emails with no response and left a voicemail with no response. And then, they charged our credit card twice for our purchase. Since we weren't able to get a response from the company, we had to dispute the charge. Not worth it the trouble!!!
Great Customer Service Great customer service they are very friendly and helpful, they help you if you have less than good credit to establish it back up and they have a lot of things to choose from.
Great prices on there annual sale I went there just to scan the store on there annual sale...but they had great jewlery at very good price and so I end up buying myself a diamond ring and earrings. Customer service was great. Great savings. I believe it was 5th or 6th july. So thats the best time to go.
for the younger crowd I stopped by here when I was in the east hills mall. They have clothes that appeal more to younger teens or younger adults. I thought their items were not but a little too youngish for my liking. I think a person such as a teenager would really enjoy this store.
millers outpost Millers Outpost is a great clothing store for teens both boys and girls. They have many cute things and the prices are just so so. If you catch a great sale its nice but I wouldnt count on it. The employees who work here are very nice people.
