NO customer service! NO customer service! Bought bridal set from Daniel's. Diamond fell out 32 days after buying the ring. Daniel's didn't want to fix it for free and insisted we needed the insurance. They replaced the diamond for free because it was the first time. I got the ring back with the diamond replaced and 2 days later the same diamond fell out again! They would not work with us to return the ring. They were rude and unfriendly on the phone and hung up on us twice. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend pu... read more
Horrible Experience with This Company They had a great selection. I liked being able to design my own ring ... but the online ordering process was CONFUSING and customer service is TERRIBLE. They do NOT get back to you within 24-48 hours as promised. We sent emails with no response and left a voicemail with no response. And then, they charged our credit card twice for our purchase. Since we weren't able to get a response from the company, we had to dispute the charge. Not worth it the trouble!!!
