I used Daniel‘s and Floyd for a Land purchase. Paperwork was not completed as it should to ensure that the Right Of Way was on the deed. What was there was very vague and pretty much gave me no access to my land. I went to the office twice and he assured me that everything was fine. After attempting to sell my land with the different title company, that’s when I learned about the right of way, was not found in the abstract. I spoke to Coraleesha and she was very rude from the first time I spoke with her I left a message she returns my call by saying yes you called and I was lost for words you do not return anyones call by saying you called. So I proceeded to say I was inquiring about a property and can you tell me more about it such as how many rooms, how much is the rent , etc. I asked to meet that day she expressed she wasnt able, I asked for another day then was told she couldn't.
