Great customer service good people and not a problem with the vehicle aside from it pulling up service transmission and check engine light came on BUT do to bad gas. When I told them that screen wasn’t working when I was making the purchase they definitely worked with me to make sure that I could get it fixed either way
If I could give this a zero stars I would I bought my lovely genesis and loved it got it at 62,000 miles didn’t think anything could go wrong it’s low mileage, I made sure fuel levels were right I made sure I changed my oil when it needed to, and suddenly around 72,000 miles on the dash it has rod knock only had it for 5 months and I paid 11,000 fully paid all at once with no warranty because they didn’t want to when I asked for it, then once I bought it had to change all 4 tires, breaks pads, rotors and changed the oil. I bought a vehicle from them, drove it one day had 8 vehicle codes pop up contacted dealer said they would have to check with the owner never heard a word called multiple times and they said they would call me back. Nothing. One day after that the truck broke down and is now in the shop.i wouldn't buy anther vehicle from them
