On October 3rd I was supposed to be on the road that morning to visit my family in Oregon, only to find the "new" battery I bought turned out to be dead. I had my car towed to O'Reilly's to find new parts for my battery terminal and put my old battery back on. For several hours I was helped by several people, including a man who also owned Cowboy Auto (the details may be fuzzy here so bear with me), and he offered to fix the battery terminals for free. Manager and staff are great. I got into a car accident and my bumper hood and fender and headlight needed repair, so i called cowboy auto body and the next day i had my vehicle towed to the shop. Came to an agreement to repair my truck at a reasonable price and had my truck back in 1 week and 4 days. Amazing job!!
Unsafe work was done to my car here.
The new owner, it's now called "Cow Boy Autobody Services" did a great job repairing some deep scratches and dents in the front bumper of my 18 Sequoia and then repainting the area. Other Autobody places wanted to replace the whole bumper and repaint for almost 5 times what Cow Boy charged me. Very satisfied.
Had a great experience with the new owner they were able to fix my car quickly and at a reasonable price. The owner was friendly and efficient.
