I stop them one day to ask a question when they were leaving and closing up I might add, and they were polite and respectful about helping me with my pendent I will be back to follow up and let you all know how it goes but I did not get any bad vibes at all. Terrible customer service incredibly rude attitude from blond guy.0 patience and effort in order to understand what I’m exactly trying to explain and say.Never again.
Went in to get a necklace repaired. They were so friendly and helpful. I was there for about 10 minutes and the repairs were complete. It was like going back in time to when customer service was a thing. I highly recommend them.
What a blast from the past!!... These people know ALL about the things they are selling! Like a warm hug., they could speak knowledgeably about everything they were selling! Oh my God!.. I remember these days! Unlike most other retailers, the employees know not a thing about anything that's on their shelves.
