I had knee surgery and had a great recovery. Dr. Ponzio and assistants were fantastic!
Dr. Ponzio operated on my 92 year old mother after she broke her hip. She was very open and informative about the risks associated with the surgery. She did an outstanding job and the hip replacement was successful. She and her PA spent an extraordinary amount of time with my mother and our family. Her bedside manner was unbelievable! Truly a great experience during a difficult time.
Dr. Ponzio was exceptional in every way. They listened and took time explaining the process. I am more than satisfied with the treatment she provided.
Dr. Ponzio and her PA Leanne McKewon are my hero's!! What was a second opinion appointment ending in them saving my life. Multiple surgeries and grueling antibiotic treatments and a lot of tears later, my knee revision and a new patellar tendon concluded pain free! I can feel her heart burst with excitement as goals are met and they make me feel like I'm not just a patient , I'm a priority .
Dr Ponzio (and her Physician's Assistant, Leanne) are my heroes. Dr Ponzio's skill in repairing my shattered femur was perfect. I was continually monitored by her and/or her P.A., after surgery. They encouraged me every step of the way. All my questions were answered. All my fears allayed. They work together in perfect harmony. I can't say enough good things! Although wait time is long, it's because she takes time with each patient until they feel completely comfortable. She's worth the wait!
I can not praise Dr. Ponzio enough. Not only is she a good surgeon I found her bed side manners to be excellent and she has a superb personality.
