Danielle Moster is very nice and professional in her work
I went to establish new care. I brought my medical records in for her, she put false information in my report that isn't accurate as she looked up my medical records on her computer without any signed release form. I didnt sign a medical records release fom for her to legally do so. She didn't ssem to concerned about my seizures and continuing my seizure medication.
