I called coldwell bankers I got an Immediate response from Ms Lessard and she provided excellent service showed us a house and I decided to sell mine. She the listed my house had it sold and closed within 30 days. I've been involved in buying homes five times in last forty years and Ms Lessard has been the best experience I have encountered. Hello! I used this realtor because she was willing to list the property at the high end of the spectrum. Other realtors probably would not have done this. Danielle met with my handyman and got him to clean it up for photos. I never even left my home or met with her face to face! We received a reasonable offer within 30 days subject to an appraisal.
