I have had my issues with Century Medical, and Dr. Smith was one of the few Doctors in that practice that I liked. There was 1 incident where she sent an order for me to receive further testing due to some postpartum health issues I was having , and after I completed it no one called me with the results. I called them and the assistant on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. I arrived 8 minutes late due to traffic, construction & metal detector in the lobby. The front desk told me Dr. Smith couldn't see me and I would have to reschedule. This is my first and last experience here. Apparently I was her last appointment on a Friday afternoon. She would rather go home early than to see a patient. 1/10 do not recommend

I waited many months to be seen by Dr. Smith at her earliest convenience. The office cancelled my appointment less than a week before, and I was told that I would have to wait an additional two months to be seen. The customer service has not been polite and overall very poor, which has now been a trend with AHN.

Dr. Smith is wonderful. You can truly see how much she cares about what she does - even just for a simple annual visit. It is so clear to see that she puts in effort to make each patient feel comfortable and heard. The office staff and nurses are also friendly and helpful. She does book pretty far out though - but I can absolutely see why she is so in demand. I would recommend her to anyone!
