Danielle helped both my mother & I on multiple transactions. Not only was she willing to invest the time she actually sat with us at each property we looked at (two different transactions I might add) and discussed what the pros and cons were with each property. Danielle did a phenomenal job. She sold my and my wife's old home and walked us through our deal and purchase of our new home. Listening to her advice on how to prepare our home to go on the market, we were able to accept an offer after being on the market for 1 day. We were also able to get over asking.
