Last year, I had a market analysis done on my property by a veteran realtor who thought I would be lucky to rcieve $280k for my property, so I decided to wait to sell. This year, I searched the market for comps and decided $290k was a reasonable price and listed it for sale by owner. Call her now! Seriously, you won't be disappointed. Danielle was an absolute dream to work with. What started with just a simple, anonymous note on a rental site about interest in a house immediately became Danielle working like crazy to find me the right place.
