Dr Albritton always listens to my concerns and questions. She never makes me wait more than 5 to 10 minutes after I am triaged by her assistant and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes after my appointment time
I always liked Dr Albritton but unfortunately her front office staff are incompetent, uncaring and rude. They entered my script incorrectly into the computer and therefore it wasn't filled. When I called to inform them that I am still without the medication and the pharmacy still doesn't have the script, she hung up on me. They would rather argue and play the blame game than help a patient get her thyroid medication. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be back.
