She came in to the hospital room to give my parent their test results and could have definitely been a bit more gentle. Not having great bedside manner is a huge turn off. When you give someone bad news maybe you should consider the person you are talking to is human. Try to approach the patient with a little empathy. Being super blunt isn’t the greatest way to approach it!
