Myself and my family have been patients for years. The doctor has issues with her staff, knows it and does nothing about it. The major issue is the refusal to return calls. A few weeks ago her office major Christie was nasty, insulting and rude to me on a billing issue. This caused me to suffer from severe chest pains. I called Dr Capota's office to seek out help and instead Christy hung up on me and Dr Capota didnt return my call. To this day she doesnt know if Im alive or dead.
